Clients of RealTimePhotos.com have limited useage rights to the photographs purchased by them. The following limited rights are conveyed to our clients with the purchase of the photographs or digital files: A. Use of files or photograph to promote a dog whose likeness is depicted in photograph with photo credit to RealTimePhotos.com. B. Use of file or photograph on either one individual owners personal or kennel web site with photo credit to RealTimePhotos.com. C. Clubs may use digital files provided to them for use in any official club publication or club web site. No files may be used by any member for personal use from complementary CD provided to the club. All photos must appear with the following photo credit © 2008 RealTimePhotos.com, All rights reserved. 4. No photograph or CD may be copied or scanned except for use in the promotion of the dog whose likeness is depicted in the photograph. This promotion extends only to one back-up CD, one ad or one personal or Kennel web site of the purchaser. *  Additional Usage Rights may be purchased to use digital files for reproduction for a period of one year after purchase for non commercial use.
